FALCK NUTEC ACQUIRES ONSITE TRAINING SERVICES LTD OF ABERDEEN
Falck Nutec UK, part of global provider Falck Nutec, the largest provider of safety training to the Oil & Gas industry, is expanding its portfolio of services by the acquisition of Aberdeen’s Onsite Training Services.

Falck Onsite are delighted to announce their latest ‘OPITO approval’ becoming the first company to offer the newly introduced industry recognised Greenhand training course. During the course delegates will gain an awareness of the lifestyle, variety of duties and safety risks associated with working offshore. This training course can assist delegates in being considered for employment at ‘new start’ level in the offshore drilling industry, and is considered a ‘must have’ by most offshore energy services recruitment specialists, and most major drilling operators.
During March 2008 Onsite conducted training offshore Brazil, Egypt, Angola, Denmark, Tunisia and in the North Sea. Further trips are planned during April/May to Angola, Tunisia, Egypt, Nigeria, Spain, Libya and to the North Sea. Enquiries are pending for Algeria, Indonesia, Thailand, Malta, Oman, Qatar and Singapore.
