NEWS - FALCK NUTEC ACQUIRES ONSITE TRAINING SERVICES LTD OF ABERDEEN
Falck Nutec UK, part of global provider Falck Nutec, the largest provider of safety training to the Oil & Gas industry, is expanding its portfolio of services by the acquisition of Aberdeen’s Onsite Training Services.
Managing Director for Falck Nutec UK and EMEA Derek Sinclair said: “The acquisition of Onsite Training Services further demonstrates the long term commitment to our clients and to the region and plays a large part in the long term strategy of Falck Nutec in responding to customer demand."
Within the 12 years of trading Onsite have built an excellent reputation for providing high level safety training to industries world wide. They have developed special competencies within its workforce which match extremely well with those of Falck Nutec and combined will allow us to provide an even more complete professional service to our clients.
Co-founding owners of Onsite Training Services George and Margaret Green said: “The name Onsite derives from the company’s ability to deliver training and assessment at our clients facilities both onshore and offshore. This flexible approach in meeting client requirements combined with the skills and products offered by Falck globally makes for an excellent partnership.”
Onsite will continue to be managed by George Green, George will also support the requirements of Falck in expanding it’s services globally at existing and new Falck facilities within Europe, Middle East, Africa, Far East and the Americas.
With the integration of both companies further growth and recruitment opportunities are expected.
