With elected safety representatives, their pro-active approach and close relationship with both employees and employers, have the skills & knowledge to identify potential situations regarding health, safety and welfare, thereby protecting your major investments… your employees.

We at Onsite Training Services will provide you with an excellent balance of theoretical and skills training to prepare elected staff for their new and caring responsibilities.

How Safety Representatives are nominated and elected

Safety Representatives legal rights

 

Have an understanding of the relevant regulations associated with being a Safety Representative

 

Have an understanding of how to conduct work place risk assessments

 

Have an understanding of how to conduct incident/accident investigations

How to deal with disputes with collegues and management

 

Workplace inspections and reports

   

Location and Duration

The duration of this course is Two-days. The course is a combination of both theory and practical content. This course can be delivered at Onsite Training Services centre in Dyce, Aberdeen or at client’s premises.
